Honey Curry Chicken (00131)

8 Chicken thighs
100 g Butter
250 g Honey
1 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp mustard powder
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 glass dry white wine
1 cup chicken stock
2 tbsp lemon juice

Place the chicken pieces in a shallow dish.
Mix all other ingredients together in a blender and pour over the chicken.
Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and cook for 1 hour.
