4 oz margarine/butter
6 oz honey
8 oz self-raising flour
pinch of salt
6 oz sultanas
A little milk
Cream the fat and honey, add the beaten eggs and flour and salt alternately.
Add the sultanas and, if needed, a little milk.
Bake in a greased and lined 7" tin for 1¼ - 1½ hours at Gas 3 / 160°C / 325°F.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the tin.
