Honey Fruit Cobbler (00066)

1 pint sliced peeled fruit - apples, peaches, plums etc.
½ cup honey
1 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
1 cup biscuit mix
½ cup milk
a sprinkling of sugar

In 1 ½ quart casserole combine fruit with honey, flour and salt.
In a bowl put biscuit mix and 2 tbsp sugar.
Stir in milk.
Pour over fruit mixture.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake for 40 minutes at 425°F.
