6 cups biscuit mix
1 tsp ground allspice
2 cups cranberries
rind and juice of 1 orange
1 cup chopped blanched almonds
1 cup honey
½ cup milk
Combine biscuit mix, allspice, cranberries, orange rind and almonds.
Add eggs, honey, milk and orange juice.
Beat until well blended.
Spoon mixture into two greased and floured loaf tins.
Bake in moderate oven (350°F) for 50-55 mins.
