Honey Pound Cake (00004)

1 cup shortening
1 cup seedless raisins chopped
1 cup honey
½ tsp salt
4 eggs well beaten
3 cups sifted plain flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon extract
¾ cup chopped walnuts

Work shortening until fluffy and creamy.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
Pour into loaf tin and bake for 2 hours at 300°F.
